當我們練習瑜伽式子時,最需要注意的是什麼?
如果你真的暸解瑜伽,你會知道外在的形態亦不是首要,最重要的反而是「自我覺察」。
下次練習時,試一試給自己一些停下來的時間⋯⋯先去感受自己身體,去感受自己內在狀況,將注意力轉向內在,才開始你的式子練習。
不要單純的當一種運動去做呀!瑜伽是一套很好的自我暸解工具來的。
What is most important point when you are practicing Yoga? or better to say practice asana.
AWARENESS - Awareness of Self
Give yourself a moment of stillness, turn your focus inward before you do any yoga practice. Feel your body - energetic, tired or unease Feel you breathing - deep relaxed or swallow Feel your mind - focus or wandering around, calm or irritated Bring this awareness of self, awareness of the body into every movement during your asana. Whenever you bring self-awareness into your practice, it's Yoga.
